With over 27 years in the automotive industry, Travis brings a powerful combination of real-world experience, leadership, and heart to his role as a coach. He began working in his family’s shop in 1998 and officially took over in 2007. In his nearly 20 years of ownership, he’s grown the business from a single location with $800K in sales to three thriving locations generating $7.5M annually—while building a loyal team with an average tenure of over 13 years.

 

Travis is known for his financial discipline, strong leadership, and deep commitment to both employees and customers. His shops have earned awards including Carfax Top Shop and “Top Auto Service Shop in Oshkosh,” and are part of respected networks like NAPA AutoCare, Goodyear, and Carfax. He runs a data-driven operation focused on profitability, with a consistent net income of 16%+.

A former coaching client himself, Travis credits professional coaching with helping him save and rebuild his business—and now, he’s passionate about helping others do the same. He thrives on supporting shop owners who want to grow, build strong teams, and create a business they’re proud of.

 

Travis holds a Bachelor of Science from UW-Oshkosh, is ASE-certified, and is active in his community as a Kiwanis member, volunteer firefighter, and youth sports coach. Outside the shop, he enjoys hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and spending time with his wife, Becky, and their two kids. Those who know him best describe him as candid, compassionate, and motivated—with a clear passion for helping others succeed.
