Anna Dehoog’s journey into the automotive repair and fleet service industry is anything but conventional. Beginning her professional career in the finance world, Anna spent years as a successful stockbroker, navigating the complexities of financial markets with precision and expertise. However, after getting married to her husband, James, an engineer and entrepreneur at heart, the couple made the life-changing decision to step away from the fast-paced corporate world and settle in Grants Pass, Oregon, in search of a new challenge.

While James initially had the idea of starting a business, it was Anna who took the reins and built All-Pro Fleet Services, a premier truck fleet maintenance and repair company. Under her leadership, All-Pro quickly became the go-to professional fleet service provider in Oregon. Her ability to implement strong business systems, create efficient workflows, and develop a customer-centric culture set her apart, allowing the business to thrive.

Anna’s success in fleet repair and business operations did not go unnoticed. She became a national trainer for Fleet Services International, guiding new dealers in launching and running their own fleet maintenance businesses. In addition to her role as a trainer, she plays an active part in the local BNI (Business Networking International) group and BDG (Business Development Group), where she helps business owners across various industries build and scale their businesses effectively.

Anna has also been a client of Elite Worldwide, using the guidance of her Top Shop 360 coach to refine her business model, enhance her leadership skills, and implement systems that allow a business to mature into a self-sustaining operation. She understands firsthand the challenges that shop owners face in transitioning from startup to an established, process-driven business. With a servant’s heart and a deep passion for helping others, Anna now joins the Elite coaching team to share her expertise and mentor shop owners who are looking to build scalable, profitable, and well-structured businesses.
