Chad has spent his entire adult life in the automotive world. He started turning wrenches back in 1992 while attending tech college and eventually became an ASE Master Technician. After eight years under the hood, he realized he wanted to work more directly with people, so he transitioned into a Service Advisor role. Just one year later he moved into store management, and seven years after that he became General Manager, overseeing four locations.

In 2014, Chad took the leap and purchased all of the stores himself. Over the next 12 years, he grew volume by 25% and profitability by 50% before selling the business in December 2025. All of the locations operated as NAPA Autocare and Goodyear TSN facilities. Throughout his career, Chad has participated in several 20 Groups, most recently spending four years with Pro Service. He credits much of his success to the value of peer groups and business coaching.

Outside of work, Chad is happiest outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, swimming, or simply enjoying fresh air. He also serves on the board of the Douglas County Car Care Program, a nonprofit organization that donates vehicles to families in need and helps people receive essential repairs at little or no cost. Giving back through transportation feels like a meaningful way for him to use the skills and experience he has built over the years.

At the end of the day, Chad is someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and staying connected to the industry and community that helped shape his career.
