Having owned and operated an independent repair shop herself, Charlene understands the challenges of growing a successful business while balancing the demands of leadership, profitability, and team development. Throughout her coaching career, she has coached hundreds of business owners across North America, helping them improve performance, strengthen accountability, and build businesses that create lasting value.
Charlene is especially passionate about helping owners develop leadership teams, implement scalable systems, and create businesses that can thrive beyond their direct involvement. She believes a successful business should provide opportunity, freedom, and purpose—not just profit.
