He opened High Tech Automotive in 2004 as a one man shop and grew it into a multi million dollar, eight bay operation with ten employees and one of the strongest reputations in the Wenatchee Valley.
Gary built his shop on clarity, communication, and processes that eliminate chaos. His team operates with advanced diagnostics, consistent training, and clean workflow systems that produce outstanding results, including industry leading gross profit performance and an average employee tenure of eight years. The result is a business that runs smoothly, serves customers with complete transparency, and gives Gary and his team a balanced and healthy work life.
As a coach, Gary specializes in helping shop owners escape overwhelm by putting real systems in place. He has lived the stress and late nights, learned tough lessons, and built the structure that transformed his own business. Now he helps other owners build profitable, stable shops where their teams thrive and their personal lives stop taking a back seat.
Beyond the shop, Gary serves as President of Chelan County Volunteer Search and Rescue, leading specialized teams through critical missions with the same focus on training, teamwork, and accountability that he brings to coaching.
Gary lives in Entiat Washington with his wife Jenny of thirty five years. They have three grown children, and he spends his free time outdoors on dirt bikes, boats, snow machines, and mountain trails.
