Xavier Stoker
Business Development Representative
Xavier Stoker is a Business Development Representative at Elite Worldwide, where he works directly with independent automotive repair shop owners across North America to help them improve profitability, leadership, systems, team performance, and overall quality of life.
Xavier graduated from Chaminade University of Honolulu with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing while competing as an NCAA Division II baseball player. During his collegiate baseball career, he earned recognition such as a PacWest Pitcher of the Week and developed a strong passion for leadership, accountability, and team culture.
Prior to joining Elite Worldwide, Xavier built his background in sales, leadership, and business operations through roles in business development, management, and high-performance sales environments, including leadership experience with Vivint where he was part of a nationally ranked sales organization. He also has years of operational leadership experience managing teams, coaching baseball, and helping businesses improve communication, performance, and accountability.
Outside of work, Xavier enjoys spending time with his fiancée Ashlyn, his son, and preparing to welcome their daughter . His passion for family, leadership, and personal growth strongly aligns with Elite Worldwide’s mission of helping business owners create healthier businesses and better lives.
