These are actually three topics I want you guys to avoid when building rapport with your customers. And those would be the following. Don’t talk about politics.

Please avoid talking about religion. And most importantly, we’re not going to talk about your competition. All of these topics evoke negative emotions, and I want this to be the most positive experience for you and your customer. So make sure you steer away from that and you guys will be good to go.
